I had this discussion with my completion in the new work flower market. We agreed without a doubt on  Bowl of Cream. Keep in mind, the the florist is not interested in leaves or how it acts in wind or other adverse climate conditions. We select on the flowers, 9 out 10 times the leaves will be pulled off and discarded. Bowl of Cream is white enough for the business and the shape is superior. With a Vaseline of 9 to 10 days it ticks all the boxes for the florist.
