One flower per stem, 3½-4 inches in size (9-10 cm). Guard petals creamy pink with center petals creamy yellow. Petals cupped, guards notched, center petals more so. Watermelon flares extend a quarter the petals’ length, bleeding edges. Average of 4 pale-green carpels, sparsely hairy, topped with white stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens devoid of pollen, filaments yellow throughout. No seeds. Sheath creamy yellow, partial. Foliage typical for this type of cross, green on emergence. Height to 24 inches (61 cm), upright mounded growth habit.
