Seedling No. RAHS 9. Parentage unknown. First year bloomed 2013, first propagated 2013. Early season bloom period. SINGLE, one flower per stem, 6 inches (15 cm). Two rows of shell-pink petals, color intensity decreasing towards edges, petals rounded and cupped. Stamens and pollen, filaments yellow throughout. Two to three carpels, pale green in color, very hairy. Stigmas pink, normal anatomy. Forms seeds. Not fragrant. Early foliage burgundy to green. Broad pointed foliage, upright growth habit, average height 22-24 inches (56-61 cm).
