Tree peony: Suffruticosa. Parentage: P. ostii, open pollinated. First bloomed 2001. Semi-double flowers, shell pink (RHS 37C) fading to white on the edges, 2-3 per stem. Carpels 3-4, green, with near white stigmas (RHS 157D). Well developed disc. Pollen and seeds. Upright growth to 6 ½ feet (2m). Similar to the species, but flowers are larger and pale pink. Named for Maria Grazia, wife of Gian Lupo Osti. Photo on file.
