LACTIFLORA GROUP. Seedling # JPS 01-0706/806. Parentage: ‘Honey Gold’ x unknown. First bloomed 1998. First propagated 2004. Guard petals pure white, a ring of golden yellow petalodes, then a centre of white petals, some of which posses a fine reddish edge. Five to seven carpels, yellowish green and sparsely hairy, with normal cream stigmata. Blooms are 5¼ inches, very fragrant, without stamens, and normally have three buds per stem. Height to 44 inches. Blooms midseason. Named for a dear friend.
