Seedling No. RAISS 71. Parentage unknown. First year bloomed 2013, first propagated 2013. SINGLE, one flower per stem, 3½-4 inches (9-10 cm). Light pink rounded petals, cupped, notched. Rose flares have bleeding edges, extend 30% of petals' length. Stamens present, pollen absent. Filaments yellow at base, pink at tip. Sheath watermelon red, complete, almost entirely enclosing carpels. Average of 5 carpels, pale green, moderately hairy. Stigmas watermelon red, normal anatomy, no seeds. Fragrance. Early foliage emerges burgundy, matures to green. Typical Itoh Group foliage. Upright mounded growth habit, height 30-32 inches (76-81 cm).
