The very large, slightly fragrant, double flowers have deep yellow petals, edged cerise-pink and buff. They are heavily flushed with magenta pigment when young, but this colour fades as the flower matures while the orange and red tints intensify. This hybrid is readily available, but the flowers are very heavy and tend to hang among the foliage.(1)
